Hi, my name is Peter Hoffmann. This is my personal blog where I share posts around software development, data engineering and general tech related content.
I'm a speaker at python and open source conferences and have been the co-organizer of PyCon.DE 2017, PyCon.DE 2018 and one of the founding members of PyData Karlsruhe.
In my spare time I'd like to travel and spend time in the mountains. To make it easier to find the most awesome husts in the alps I'm running biwak.info. We are currently preparing for our 2026 Great Himalaya Trail Expedition in April/March.
